Ed Forman has spent over 25 years in the C-Suite, most recently serving as the Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Kroll, a leading provider of financial advisory and risk management services. Ed managed a team of over 150 professionals in the Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk Management and Information Security functions. Ed continues to support Kroll as their Vice Chairman – Risk Management.
Prior to joining Kroll in 2006, Ed managed the in-house legal function at The BISYS Group, a publicly traded financial services outsourcing company, ultimately serving as their Senior Vice President, acting General Counsel and Secretary.
Ed holds a J.D. and an MBA from Columbia University. He also holds a B.A. in Economics from Yeshiva University.
